original Skins cast leaves

Posted : 16 years ago on 14 April 2008 10:23 (A review of Skins)

Series 1 was great Series 2 was pretty good i am annoyed that all the cast from these to Series 2 of Skins are leaving and been replaced for a new cast in Series 3.

The last one on Series 2 really gave a good scene which was true Tony and Sid style when they steal a coffin which was there friend. That scene was funny and great.

It is a shame to see the cast go because most of them were great and i for one am not looking forward to seeing a new cast to me Skins should end because i don't think you will find a better cast then the original.

I have to say though with the end of the cast Sid was my favorite his character was entertaining and is the most realistic of them all. 2nd favorite would be Tony he was so funny in Series 1 but never showed much in Series 2 only in the final episode

One of the Best consoles

Posted : 16 years ago on 14 April 2008 02:27 (A review of Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) )

I used to own the Super Nintendo and believe me it was a great console it has so many classics on it. The classic games such as Donkey Kong Country Series, Mario series, Killer Instant i could go on and on.

The system is so reliable all the time i owned this it never broke on me neither did the cartridges. I got rid of the SNES which i regret but i still do play the games on my computer with an emulator or i download the games on my Wii.

Wrestling at it's best

Posted : 16 years ago on 14 April 2008 02:14 (A review of WWE - Rob Van Dam - One of a Kind)

This DVD was fantastic i had bought it a long time ago but just never watched it but i enjoyed it. RVD has a whole lot of talent and here you see some of the best matches of RVD most from his ECW days which come out as some of the best.

His WCW days don't really show that much of great things about him as Robbie V as these matches are boring. Some of my favorite matches from the DVD was when he vs. Jerry Lynn it was great how both men pulled this match off. It has matches from WWE showing some brilliant ladder matches with Christian and Jeff Hardy.

If you like RVD and the old ECW days you will enjoy this 2 disc DVD because RVD is one of a kind.

Not the Best more like worst

Posted : 16 years ago on 14 April 2008 02:03 (A review of WWE - The Best of Intercontinental Championship)

WWE cash in on an old VHS from 1993 to show you the best of the Intercontinental Championship of 1992-93. This only features 5 matches what what i can say non of them are good.

All 4 matches feature Shawn Michaels while only 1 shows Bret "Hitman" Hart. Why did WWE release this they should of just made a a new WWE DVD showing the best intercontinental champion matches but no WWE release this too make quick cash. Without of a doubt this is one of the worst WWE DVD's i have seen it is boring and not worth the money i only own this DVD as i got it in a box set with 2 others. Just skip this one.

The Rock in his best movie yet

Posted : 16 years ago on 13 April 2008 10:28 (A review of The Game Plan)

I am a big fan of The Rock and this was a movie i had to see a comedy with The Rock. This movie is was not disappointed with i really enjoyed it the acting was spot on.

The story is like this The Rock plays Joe Kingman an American football player who is one of the best and who loves himself. Joe's life is so great until he finds out he has a daughter called Peyton played by Madison Pettis who Joe will have to get along with and also with him not been used to kids.

This movie was great it was funny The Rock is really in a good part for a change he really needs to do more movies like these because he's more of a family entertainer.

I don't care if people class this as a kids movie i like it and i found it funny and entertaining which i am also a big fan of The Rock. Madison Pettis is 8 yeah old when this movie was movie and she really plays a great part which surprised me as i had a feeling this movie may have been bad.

This is one worth checking out a great movie for the whole family. I have to say if The Rock was not in this movie i would of never have seen it.

TNA = Boring

Posted : 16 years ago on 13 April 2008 04:16 (A review of Impact Wrestling)

TNA for me is the worst wrestling show i have seen no story line build ups. This really comes up as a big rip off of WCW the only thing is it is no where as good. TNA hire most WWE wrestlers which have failed or left due to reasons. I can't really say a good thing about TNA because the whole thing just gets boring along with a bunch of wrestlers which are pathetic and i don't mean Kurt Angle he is the only one on the show with real class.

Great but some stuff missing

Posted : 16 years ago on 13 April 2008 03:29 (A review of WWE - The Legacy of Stone Cold Steve Austin)

This DVD is good but i could not say that WWE have put Stone Cold's best matches on this DVD. Matches i am talking about Bret Hart VS Stone Cold in a submission match that was classic. Jake the Snake Roberts where Austin beats him to win King of The Ring cut from the DVD i could go on about more been cut. The DVD feels rushed i never cared about ECW, WCW parts only WWE but so much feels missing.

Disc 3 comes out as the best with 2 matches featuring The Rock and the best one at Wrestle Mania 17. Then my favorite Stone Cold match of all time 3 out of 2 falls Stone Cold VS Triple H awesome match.

The problem with this is the blurs Stone Cold sticks his middle finger up there is blurs WWF blurs to much and spoils the action it really does. The swearing is cut out and here in the UK the rating is 18 and over the swearing and middle finger references should be shown.

The DVD though is worth watching and has some Stone Cold classics but check out other like the McMahon DVD and others of Stone Cold's DVD's for the missing matches.

The extras come out weak with missing stuff such as segments i would have liked some of the What segments that Stone Cold did but these are missing and any of the WCW and ECW invasion is also cut i don't know why.

The thing is though if you are a WWE collector you have to add this in your collection i just had to.

Mario Kart bigger better then ever

Posted : 16 years ago on 12 April 2008 04:37 (A review of Mario Kart Wii)

I went and bought this game Firday when it got released here at 12am thats how much i wanted this game and i never go for a game at that time but here is my review and playing you about this version of Mario Kart Wii. Mario Kart on the Wii bigger better then all the others what makes this game on your Wii so great is having it online adds more fun to the game. Classic racing tracks have been put into the game from SNES, N64, Gamecube, GBA and DS along with new tracks. Online features 12 players to race online and a battle mode which you can play coin runner you have to collect the coins along with your team who gets the most wins. Then also in battle mode online there is balloon race you and your team get 3 balloons if any get knocked off the other team takes 1 point. This is great i have spent over 7 hours on this game and yes i have been taking breaks to let my Wii cool down. This game is so addictive and so much fun without of a doubt it is the best game that the Wii has to offer and i can't even include Brawl because it's not out here yet.

Playing this on single player is boring which i never played much it was just too easy you will more fun online.

The Wii Wheel adds more of a real effect to the game easy to use and play making the experience more enjoyable and entertaining trust me it does not take along getting used to it's very easy. As for Mario Kart it has not failed to impress me yet only Double Dash did but mainly because this is online it really proves how good it is. Well worth the money.

Just to add if you have a game save of Super Mario Galaxy it will unlock Rosalina in Mario Kart Wii
