Movie which is unfunny

Posted : 16 years, 2 months ago on 20 February 2008 12:19 (A review of Keeping Mum)

Keeping Mum is just a movie which was not funny it stars an old granny killing people either cause her daughter is sick of them or for various reasons. Rowan Atkinson plays not a really good part the whole movie is funny and just unfunny.

Good for adults not for children

Posted : 16 years, 2 months ago on 20 February 2008 12:10 (A review of Happy Tree Friends)

Happy Tree Friends is a pretty good show just never let children watch it as the amount of cartoon violence that happens of the different ways these little animals die is funny from time to time.

Gothika review

Posted : 16 years, 2 months ago on 19 February 2008 08:07 (A review of Gothika )

Gothika was pretty good the acting was alright Robert Downey Jr i found was a little boring. Penelope Cruz plays a really good part and Halle Berry not bad.
The movie has some good twists put into it with a good ending and some really good effects it is worth a look at.

Best Animation i have seen

Posted : 16 years, 3 months ago on 11 February 2008 04:21 (A review of Ratatouille)

Finally got to see this movie as it just came to DVD today 11 Feb 2008 in the UK. Well here is my review.

Ratatouille is a good movie but what I can say it is not the best movie from Pixar as Toy Story 1 that is still the best. The story is not bad the truth is this would never happen the story is set in France though quite a few talk in American rather then a French accent. Anyway back to the story this is about a rat called Remy who would love to be a chef he loves the work of chef Auguste Gusteau when he dies Gusteau appears as a ghost to Remy. Chef Gusteau leads Remy and gives him some help on getting into the real kitchen. Remy then finds Linguini a guy with little talent which would then lead Remy to help out Linguini.

The animation is something that this movie is great on it looks so real and detailed. The animation makes this movie one of the best looking you will have seen.

Randy Orton's Time begins

Posted : 16 years, 3 months ago on 10 February 2008 06:02 (A review of WWE: No Mercy 2007)

WWE No Mercy was a PPV that was without John Cena thank god he got injured. With John Cena off the show we get to see the WWE Championship on the line 3 times in one night.

Match 1 for WWE Championship was Randy Orton VS Triple H this was just a normal match it was not that bad. Match 2 Triple H vs Umaga this match was pretty good both men do some good moves during the match. Match 3 which is the match of the night a last man standing match Randy Orton vs Triple H both wrestlers were great during this match.

The event also features some weak matches like the Khali and Batista match in the Punjabi Prison very slow match and boring. The pathetic thing is that Khali looks like he can get out but just goes as slow as an old man.

There is plenty of others included on this event and in my mind this was the best event of 2007.

As for the DVD extras we get these

- John Cena Surgery - for the lovers of John Cena you get to see his surgery though I couldn't care less about this.
- Batista Interview after Punjabi Prison Match - the interview not very long I don't really care about this feature in my opinion they should of interviewed Randy Orton wining the title.
- The aftermath next night on Raw - This is the return of Shawn Michaels I think if I am wrong I'll update the error.

Underdog is here to save the day

Posted : 16 years, 3 months ago on 6 February 2008 12:14 (A review of Underdog)

Underdog an idea from an old cartoon classic comes to real life. After a problem in the lab Shoeshine gets powers that turns him into a super hero. Along the way he takes out the bad guys. But the main person looking for Shoeshine is an evil midget with a dopey partner trying to catch Shoeshine and remove his powers.

The movie is good, funny and entertaining Jason Lee does excellent voice work for Shoeshine which fits in perfectly. Which also makes you think i wish my dog was like that. But a total let is that it only lasts for about 1 hour and 15 minutes and thats without the credits pretty short for a movie in my mind.

Zapper is pretty good

Posted : 16 years, 3 months ago on 3 February 2008 11:01 (A review of Link's Crossbow Training)

Wow i could not believe how long it took me to get this not one game store had this in now after so long i got one from Argos which cost me ยฃ19.99. The Wii Zapper comes with Link's crossbow training which is a pretty good game you shoot with your crossbow (Wii Zapper) and hit those targets. The game is pretty simple and does get boring rather quickly. The Wii Zapper in my point does not aim correctly and it just never makes it to the center target. The zapper though works pretty well with Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles. Worth having for the next Wii up coming game House of the Dead.

Skins is a great show very funny and entertaining i cannot wait for series 2 Sid is just the best in it. I just cannot wait to watch series 2 to see what happens to Tony. Skins shows how great UK television is and if you ask me Channel 4 produce better shows then Five, BBC and ITV
